Jenni Skyler, PhD, MSEd is a sex therapist and board certified sexologist. She is the Director of The Intimacy Institute for sex and relationship therapy in Boulder, Colorado. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Sexology and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology - Marriage and Family Therapy focus. She has worked in the field of sexual health as a therapist, educator, and public health consultant since 2005.
Dr. Jenni is an active member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). She recently served as a sexual health scholar at the Center of Excellence for Sexual Health (CESH) under the leadership of 16th U.S.Surgeon General, Dr. David Satcher, at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. During her time at CESH, Dr. Jenni consulted numerous non-profits on sexuality in the public health sphere, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on healthy sexuality and sexually healthy relationships.
Currently, Dr. Jenni is an expert author on www.SexualHealth.com and writes three columns: Sophisticated Sex for The Boulder Weekly; Sexy Shabbos with Dr. Jenni for Boulder Jewish News, and Sunday Sex Talk with Dr. Jenni on www.BuffSecret.com.
In addition, Dr. Jenni has taught exercise classes since 2002, with a personal background in competitive triathlons and wilderness expeditions. She infuses her expert knowledge in sexuality and holistic sexual health with her passion in fitness and outdoor recreation.
